Abstract

Data Needs Survey (DNS) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD is implemented by BPS-Statistics at the central, provincial and Regency/Municipality levels. Implementing SKD at the Regency/Municipality levelsis the IPDS Section.In 2022, BPS-Statistics of Padang Pariaman Regency as well as other Regency/Municipalityre-organized the SKD. The 2022 SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction and performance analysis of service units. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
