Abstract

- The value of exports originating from Sumatera Barat in March 2024 was US$170.11 million, an increase of 6.70 percent compared to exports in February 2024.
- The most exported category of goods in February 2024 was animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) amounting to US$129.67 million, followed by the vegetable ingredients group (HS 14) amounting to US$7.42 million, and the various chemical products group (HS 38) amounting to US$6.44 million.
- The import value of Sumatera Barat in March 2024 was US$41.46 million, a decrease of 26.01 percent compared to imports in February 2024.
- The largest category of imported goods in March 2024 was mineral fuel (HS 27) amounting to US$27.46 million
